Phoenicia Holiday Resort, Mamaia

I recently stayed at this hotel and it had its ups and downs. While the kids enjoyed the numerous activities and the indoor pool was a great retreat, the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The excessive noise from the hallway made it hard to relax and the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not worth the high price tag.
